It features low thermal conductivity. Its core function is to reduce heat transfer, enhance the thermal insulation performance of the glass, and simultaneously suppress condensation phenomena.

Structure and Materials
The stainless steel composite warm edge spacer consists of a three-layer structure:

  • Stainless Steel Layer: Provides structural strength and corrosion resistance .
  • Composite Material Layer (e.g., PVC, AGR, PP): Reduces the thermal conductivity and forms a thermal break structure .
  • Cavity Design: Filled with desiccant and separates the glass panes .
